Cancellation Policy
Clients are asked to cancel any scheduled appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid paying a cancellation fee. Virtual Home Tours™ cancellation policy for residential real estate photography is as follows:
If for any reason the client must cancel an appointment with the photographer, the client must call the photographer at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
A cancellation fee will apply for cancellation with less than 24 hours notice. Cancellation fee after the property is photographed will also apply.
Photographers are required to wait at the property at least 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time before leaving for their next appointment. If the client misses the appointment, they will be charged a cancellation fee.
We request that clients wait 15 minutes at the property if the photographer is late for the appointment. If the photographer is late you may contact the photographer and call Rick Woods @ 513-771-5859.
In general, we shoot in all types of weather. However, if the weather is a major factor (hurricane, tornado, blizzard, strong rain, etc.), it may be necessary to reschedule the appointment. The client will not be charged for rescheduling in this situation, unless they call after the scheduled appointment time, in which case they will be charged a cancellation fee for missing the appointment.

REFUNDS: For refunds on iPIX™ Virtual Home Tours™ orders made online from this site due to - listing expired - under contract - sold - taken off the market or home owner does not want the tour etc.; You must call Rick Woods @ 513-771-5859 IMMEDIATELY to receive a refund.
